A six-axis Yaskawa AR1440 robot with 1440 mm reach and 270° rotation handles SS dish ends from 440 mm to 660 mm diameter with customizable hole sizes and bevel-cutting across MS, SS, and multiple metals. Two self-centering vice stations enable simultaneous loading and unloading for continuous throughput, while front-end laser safety doors keep the process fully enclosed and operator-safe.
