2. Exercise at least three times per week. Exercise boosts your energy, makes you feel better, and decreases stress. Make an effort to break a sweat for at least 20-30 minutes, preferably up to an hour. Aerobic workouts, such as jogging and swimming, that get your heart beating and your breathing rate up, are beneficial to your heart and general health. You may also practise particular workouts to strengthen certain portions of your body, such as your abs or legs.
- If you think going to the gym is boring, consider other ways to exercise. Go for a stroll, a bike ride, or a strenuous trek; join a fitness club; walk your dog; or join a sports team.

Try keeping up with the things and activities that you like and work on declining the above factor from your routine in order to be happy. Indulge yourself in more of the activities of your interest, spend time with your near ones, experience more outdoor, spend some time with yourself or try mediation or some exercises to avoid and manage the stress

10. A healthy, balanced diet: Healthy food is one that provides you with the nutrients you need to sustain your body’s well-being and retain energy.
